Only the data you give us:
- booking, catering, party, contact and Club sign-up forms: name, phone and/or email, the details of your request and the venue you chose;
- your language and the page you came from (e.g. a campaign link), so we know which channels work.
3. Purposes and legal basis
- Gestire prenotazioni e richieste: esecuzione di un contratto o di misure precontrattuali (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
- Sending you news and offers, only if you opted in: consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.

Richieste e contatti: 24 mesi dalla raccolta.
5. Who sees your data
Il personale Cartabianca e i fornitori tecnici che gestiscono il sito (hosting e WordPress), le email e il gestionale contatti (GoHighLevel, dove arrivano le richieste dei moduli), nominati responsabili del trattamento (art. 28 GDPR). Non vendiamo né cediamo i tuoi dati.
