La Repubblica’s «Piaceri e Sapori della Toscana» guide covers the region’s best places and products. In its 2018 edition, presented on 25 September 2017, it named Cartabianca Best Pastry Shop with an Innovative Format: one network bringing together café, pastry shop and a freshly cooked kitchen.
